VidaTalk™ is an interactive, multilingual communication tool for nonvocal and critically ill patients across the spectrum of communication capabilities. The most common phrases can be selected with a single touch, combined with typing communication and drawing allowing for easy, quick and efficient customizable communication. The only patient-designed, research-based iPad communication tool for nonvocal and critically ill patients.

With the expertise of the High-Tech Anthropology® team at Menlo Innovations, and the exceptional research team at The Ohio State University led by Dr. Mary Beth Happ, VidaTalk has undergone iterative design and testing with patients who were mechanically ventilated to ensure that the application is easy to use and appropriate for critically ill patients. VidaTalk's research and product development was funded by the National Institutes of Health as an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) solution designed for iPad and android.

Other long-term speech solutions fail to meet the unique needs of the healthcare environment. If you, a family member, or loved-one suffers from speech impairment due to conditions such as stroke, autism, cerebral palsy, ALS, or traumatic brain injury, be sure to order VidaTalk today!

Here is what our first customer had to say:

"Hello, first off let me tell you what a great job you did with this app. My Grandfather is in the hospital and is intubated and is clearly frustrated trying to communicate. I came home and did a Google search and discovered your app. I happily paid the $49 for the app. When my wife, who is an elder care provider, saw the app she became very excited. She works with a few clients who have had strokes and knows the app will work with them too. I gifted her the app right away."

Nurses have found VidaTalk to be an effective communication solution for nonvocal and mechanically ventilated patients who can access the iPad with the assistance of their care providers (i.e., nurses, nurse aides and family and friends).
